Well I've found my argument to conservatives for reforming CPS, Do it so we can take welfare children away from the parents, feed them educate them and make them more productive citizens while we apply the boot (medium style) to their parents for putting them in this situation in the first place!
I would support this fully. Any plan that will help kids and punish the fuck out of burdens on society works for me. I'd even pay more for it as long as I know the parents are suffering.
