Look, I'd rather clothe and feed the kids on the tax player's dime (if that was a GOOD alternative) as until about 14-16ish most kids are (argueably) completely blameless for their situations. I'd rather get these kids out of their 20-yr old useless parents house, get them enrolled in a head start program and in a reputable school with tutoring so at least they're prepared to make something out of their lives, as opposed to perpetuating the lives of their parents.

I know how much the average internet tough guy likes to declare he is a self-made man (fucking his own mother to give birth to himself), but most of us are pretty much the products of our upbringing.

Yes, we should only hold the poor to population control. People that are on welfare really shouldn't be allowed to do much in my opinion. Ultra rich people generally have higher IQ's then ultra poor people anyway, if you read up on it, high IQ people generally have high IQ children, thus leading to more productive human beings.

Honestly, these kids will offer nothing to enrich our society, I say we fix the whole lot of them. It's called eugenics, and it has a place in society.
