Pirates 3 was horrid, Spider-Man 3 is waaaay better. And Spider-Man 3 is pretty sub-par but ultimately worth seeing. It's just not an A+ HOLY SHIT but more like a B-, not bad.

Pirates 3 was good, though I felt it lacked some of the charm of the first two, actually I'd say the series got slightly less charming the whole way through, but was never a terrible movie.
The end fight was absolutely enjoyable.
