Thanks. I'm shocked I ran into it a my local TRU this soon. Usually I see this stuff up on ebay well before it ever gets to me in NY; this is because NECA stuff usually ships figures to Cali first and then they make their way east from there. Maybe not this time?

The tune the box plays is hilarious, BTW.

Cool! Good likeness. However, some companies just can't get that mid-torso joint looking right. It's not easy when you're doing it on a character wearing a jumpsuit.

The articulation vs sculpt balance seems to go too far in favor of articulation sometimes, IMO.

Yes, but it wasn't too long ago where it was the exact opposite.

Sometimes companies are really good at hiding their articulation. For the most part, NECA is really good at that; that Jason figure I just posted has torso articulation, but it's actually under his shirt. But in the case of Ray there, I think they should have skipped the torso joint. It's not like he needs to hit any ultra-dynamic poses.
