Everything seems to be 3 3/4" this year. The new Star Trek movie figures will be. The Terminator Salvation figures will be (+ a smaller amount of 6" figures). DC already has (with lame results -- I even passed over the HTF Joker variant I ran across). All of Marvel's upcoming figures (as Legends retires) will be between Fury Files, Wolverine Origins, and Wolverine & the X-Men.
I'll probably get some of the 3 3/4" Terminators for fun as the humans looks pretty dull. Several of the Marvel figures from Fury Files and Wolvie Origins (Deadpool, anyone?) are a must have. These look like fun for Terminator and so does the giant robot (now named Harvester) if the toy model turns out well.
Mezco will be releasing Freddy, Jason, and Leatherface from their Cinema of Fear 1 line in this scale as well. Jason vs. Joe?
Here's a pic I found of the online only preview Jason avaliable now. No, I don't own it.

I'm not a devious man by nature... but when you're unarmed, your tactics might gonna be downright Archimedean.
Using Deadpool from the Wolverine movie, Jason should be exact to just a hair taller. Works for me. Wolverine is scaled down to his proper 5'3" frame in the movie line.
Those all look terrible. The Joker needs his full purple suit, and the Joker Thug and Two Face appear to have identical arms/legs. I guarantee the Joker and Harvey Dent don't shop at the same clothier.
