Hmm. It's clearly based on the uniform Steve wore while Bucky was busy being Captain America in the comics. On one hand, it's definitely better-looking than his Avengers costume. On the other hand, OMG WHERE ARE HIS STOMACH STRIPES HE CAN'T BE CAPTAIN AMERICA WITHOUT RED AND WHITE STOMACH STRIPES. On a mysterious third hand, never mind, actually he looks pretty good.

Adapting the Commander Rogers uniform makes sense with the kind of story they've talked about this being, but it still doesn't look right. Probably should have left off the helmet.
