Thor was decent and pretty funny. I think this movie tops Thor in every way other than humor.

Mostly the latter. To sum it up: it's a completely generic summer action movie with a by-the-numbers plot and an almost complete lack of any interesting dialogue.
That being said, generic is a big step up from the first movie so it is a lot better and was at least entertaining if completely forgettable. I'd say the biggest thing this movie has going for it is a main female character who isn't a love interest, if that's your primary concern.
I was a little sad they didn't go full racist and call him Black Falcon instead of just Falcon.
I enjoyed this. They did a good job breaking up the "universe" status quo quite a bit, the action sequences were pretty good (like most action movies/Batman Films these days it felt like a bit of a Heat rip-off at parts). Not as entertaining of an entertainment as The Avengers, but it picks up a lot of likeable cues from it.
Cap is spot-on to the better comic uses of the character, I'm glad all the origin groundwork is done.
Magneto's Kids having a cameo was and is confusing.
Zola was a neat visual! They did a great job keeping the spirit of that design. Batroc The Leaper was neat too.
These Marvel movies make billions at this point, I figure they're getting the 'make the movie entertaining and fun' thing right.
