Looks nifty but I'd still much, much prefer a live-action version of this fight. I also don't know I feel about them trying to get the Returns stuff in there as well, it strikes me as a better idea to build up Doomsday and his rampage across the country and ending with Superman dead. Oh well, not like I can really tell how it's going to flow from that trailer.

I remember when they first announced this line of direct-to-video movies adapted from classic comic arcs, they said they were actually going to base the character designs for each film directly on the original artwork from the respective issues it's adapted from. They seem to have abandoned that idea.

(Of course, the Timm-Dini-verse designs are a perfectly acceptable fallback.)
