    If you're anti-gay, you're a bigot.

I think fat people having sex is gross, why don't we ban that too?

  9. It's a political football. It doesn't seem like the average American really cares one way or the other.

  10. Politicians have made it about the word "marriage", so now, even though this isn't what anti-gay marriage people want, it has become about the word marriage, and its mostly their own damn fault.

The truth is, there are somethings in this country that simply should not be up to the majority to decide. People in MA want to put it to a vote. They are screaming and hollering about it, the anti-gay crowd want their say on an issue that in all honesty does not effect them. The majority of people in MA are not gay, or could care less, and probably won't care what the outcome is. More than likely if it comes to that, it will be banned.

I hate using the comparison, but its too true not too. There are somethings that should not be left to a majority vote in this country, and the rights of a fairly small group of people concerning something they care and do not have equal rights too, are one of them. If civil rights was left to a majority vote in the 60's we'd still have segregation.

I look at it this way, if you aren't gay and don't want to marry someone of the same sex, this vote has nothing to do with you. If your anti-gay marriage, and want to vote against it simply because you feel marriage is your own word, try to keep in mind that you making that the issue, has made it the goal of the other side to take from you.

Thats all I really have to say about it.
