    The news is scared of Paul because he's on to their shit, and if general America knew how fucking great this guy really is, it'd ruin all of the media's plans for pushing Hillary into the White House.

    Every time an election comes around, the majority complains about corrupt politicians, media bias, and corporatism, and now there are finally a few honest, passionate guys out there (Paul, Kucinich, Gravel). That same majority population again falls for the media's trap and shrugs these guys off as nutcases because the news treats them that way, even though this same majority population knows that the media is trying to control their opinions. It's fucking astounding.

    It happened with Dean where he made that passionate speech about winning in a primary, and the media took his "YEEHAW!" sound clip and deleted the crowd noise. Dean was shouting because he was trying to make a speech over a loud-ass crowd, but the news made everyone think the guy was a loud jackass and out of his fucking mind. The same tricks are going on now, and it's fucking embarrassing that the public is generally too dumb to get that they're being played all the time.

Now that I've been away from the major media channels for a few months, and basically just follow election news on the internet using this and that means but then looking back every now and then onto CNN or MSNBC adn their election coverage makes my head hurt. Seriously, which candidate would you most like to see naked? Who drives what car? What the fuck?

    IBYN. Every time I watch the Democratic debates, both in 2004 and now, Kucinich is the only one who comes off as genuine. It's a shame, as he gets zero press and is practically buried by the media.

    I really never understood what all the hoopla was about his yell. Politicans here always scream passionately, with their sleeves rolled up and pumping their fists into the air. American politicians are so usually so subdued and quiet that some yelling is welcome once in a while.

  6. Face it guys, the media runs the elections now. No one except the people they want to cover will EVER win. We can vote for Ron Paul's and Ralph Naders all we want but if the camera crews aren't up their asses (and the networks tell the crews where to go) any other candidates are FUCKED. Hell the media helped convince every one that John Kerry would have been bad for the country ensuring 4 more years of douchebaggery.

  8. Yeah i remeber reading a few of his stances that seemed a bit too extreme, like I am with kittens in that i like the job the supreme court has been doing overall. Nonetheless, he has some ideas so good i get excited about politics. For some reason i feel the primaries are more important than the actual election, because if it is down to hillary/ some republican i don't care for, well thanks but no thanks.
