Thread: JJ Abrams' Star Trek

  1. Stewart is doing a WWI era version of Macbeth on the west end that I really want to go to, apparently it's great. It's also sold out for the next month.

  2. West end of what?

  3. London's theater district is in an area known as the West End. It's like saying he did a Broadway show.

I was talking to my girlfriend's brother just now who is a really big star trek fan, has seen every episode of everything. But. I swear to God. He has never seen Wrath of Khan.

Let's go beat the shit out of him.

  4. Oh, okay. I didn't realize that you lived in England.

  5. Dude, you don't have to live in England to know that any more than you have to live in New York to know about Broadway.

  6. Having them be the intelligence for Species 8472 would have made Voyager much more palatable, as that episode was awesome, and it would have shown that the writers still cared. Being part of a Borg invasion wouldn't be nearly as interesting, as there was nothing mechanical about them.

No, but you have to live there to go see a show playing there, which is what Mr. K was saying he wanted to do.
