It is! Complete with wacky phonetic accents! At least it kind of makes sense unlike the character in the France-set Jeanne D'Arc speaking with a French accent, but it's still distracting and annoying. The Scottish accent in Ragnar's chapter was fucking brutal.

Remind me to pee on Chrono Cross for starting this. And Andrew Vestal and company for praising it.

I can't believe we've been waiting 6 motherfucking years for this shit. It's been worth it. It was slated to drop on PSOne, but didn't the developer go under who was working on it?

I thought Enix just decided to nix it at the time becase DW7 sold like shit over here. I can't even explain how pissed I was after seeing that ad and never getting the game.
