Shark Week

Sharks are amazing. Who doesn't appreciate sharks? They're even almost cute. They would probably swim up and hug you if they didn't mistake you for a seal and try to eat you.

I haven't watched hardly any tv in a long while, but I've been glued to Shark Week for the past few days. Its on Discovery and only runs till the 4th I believe.

One show documented what was described as an "orgy of flesh" where a whole pack of Great White sharks had a feeding frenzy over a floating whale carcass, and upon filling up their bellies they all got really horny and started rubbing up eachother. Wild.

Watched all Sunday starting at about 8AM all the way up until Ocean of Fear. Had to burn through a book in one day, so it gave me something to do.

Ocean of fear pissed me off so bad. I recorded it and was real excited to watch. I thought it was going to be survivors re-telling the events as they happened. Instead I got 5 minutes of these hard ass old guys with a wealth of information and 95 minutes of very poorly acted re-enactments.
