Well saw it last night--it was nice to see it cleaned up, the Director's Cut DVD quality is complete shit.

As for the changes, they were all for the better, most of them I didn't really notice. The story felt a bit smoother than it usually does even though it's basically the same--small things can do a lot.

Deckard's unicorn vision does pretty much sum up that he's a Replicant--even though I never saw his eyes flash like the others, and I was looking throughout.

And my girlfriend passed out, lawl.

And I'm still not convinced about Rachael being a Replicant.

Or Roy, for that matter.

Saw it last night with Doc Holliday. Mr-K's observations are pretty much spot on the new restored print looks amazing you can finally see the backgrounds in scenes rather than just everything kinda fading into blackness like the directors cut DVD. They seemed to have toned down all of the eye flashing in general as most of it was barley noticable. But overall I loved it and cant wait for the DVD set.

Girls usually hate Blade Runner. Can't explain it.

I found myself noticing little details in background characters, like the landlord who shows Leon's apartment to Deckard wearing a breathing mask.

Deckard's eyes are pretty noticably red in one of the scenes where he's talking to Rachel in his apartment. I think it's where she asks "Will they come after us?", though it might have been earlier.

I don't know what theater Dog went to, but down here in the Dirty D, half the audience was broads. And you can drink at the Inwood too. It was Old Bay as fuck!

You know the wrong girls? I love this movie, and so do several other females I know. But then I and those girls who liked them where all geek girls in some way, so that kind of explains it. I guess it's just the girly girls who don't like it. But trust me girls out there like it. With a movie with they kind of style, what girl couldn't like it? Noir sci-fi style is pretty awesome.
