There was a blub in the new Entertainment magazine about the F13 remake. Yes, Halloween's success has ensured the new F13 will be going forward ASAP. The producer was quoted as saying "Halloween spent so much time on Michael's youth- we're not doing that. We want this to be scary and fun. We want Jason chasing people around again."

Sounds good to me.

Yeah, that Mezco Jason stuff actually looks pretty cool. that Jason vs. Tommy thing I posted earlier in the thread is from that same series.

Here's an interesting tidbit I've come across. Now, take it with a grain of salt as the original news came off of a fansite, but DreadCentral posted the story and they usually check their shit beforehand.

Now, I don’t watch TV as a general rule. Not because I believe there’s anything wrong with it, it’s just too damn distracting. Most of my days (and nights, and afternoons) are spent pounding the virtual pavement for the site, so TV doesn’t get much play.

"Supernatural" is one of those shows I wish I could catch, however, as I’ve heard some good stuff about it. This season, especially, sounds like it’ll be worth following because in Episode 10, the brothers at the center of the story will come face to face with none other than Jason Voorhees!

How it will work is still up in the air, but according to an article posted on a "Supernatural" fansite; ”We have cleared the rights to actually use Jason ... we found an interesting way to bring him in so Sam and Dean fight Jason from Friday the 13th. In our world, that’s a pretty cool guest star!”

Keep your eyes on your local listings to find out exactly when the episode will air!

BerringerX was telling me the lost final episode of 7th Heaven featured Jason slaughtering the entire cast.
