Honestly dude pug the most geared resto shaman you can find. You will save SIGNIFICANT time teaching a random resto shaman how to do the the fight than any other method.

Edit: Also fuck Mech and fuck plate wearers and their lack of competition for gear. I have to share gear with priests/mages/warlocks/restodruids/boomkins/restoshamans/eleshamans and it takes for fucking ever to get gear. Mean while every warrior ever is fucking swimming in plate because no one takes it from them when their main armor type is something different. /rant Also I've never seen a high end fury warrior rocking mongoose on his two handers, is that really viable?

Me btw, I'm not starving for gear, but it can be tough when pants only drop three times and boomkins and shamans get them, even though they have leather and mail alternatives.

Seriously though, when I was shopping around for a new guild I almost apped to Raiding Robots, their progression was good and they were on your server which I thought would be silly.

First off, I'm only full plate because I'm prepping for Cataclysm. My wrists and gloves should be leather but I passed because I didn't want to screw our rogues too hard (since I stole plenty of non-heroic gear from them). DPS plate has the worst itemization in the game, though I do enjoy how in order to finally "fix" that they're nerfing every other type of gear in Cata to be on par. I'm also usually last to get gear because my primary competition is an officer that's a lootwhore and another fury that the officers masturbate to, despite him only matching me when we had similar gear even though he gets hysteria and I don't. He also has a penchant for padding meters at the expense of the raid, and used to kill so many people and break so much CC during heroic Deathwhisper progression it was ridiculous.

My choices of weapons in order (ignoring smourne) are regular Glorenzelg, heroic Cryptmaker, heroic Glorenzelg. My crit is stupid low right now because I'm using way too much of that shitty itemized plate gear and double Cryptmaker (if you'll notice I only need 8% hit and I'm almost at 15% before counting draenai), so mongoose is actually by far my best enchant since it gives me crit + speed + ap. If we down LK and I get a h gloren then I might be able to go back to berserking.

Also: You like my BC boot enchant? Enchanting in WOTLK got so well updated. Only took, what, three years for them to finally a strength enchant for rings?

His DK is the only one left in RF, and is a 3rd alt.

Nah, it's my main alt, you should look at its dps gear. I think I only need two tokens, pants, and a trinket to be full 264. My shaman is also still in RF.

Just an FYI for Opaque's faggy ass - we tried LK last week and got him to 30% within 5-6 attempts. The problem with the group last night was healers that didn't understand Phase 1 totally

That, and we only did it for like an hour. It's not like we banged our heads against it all night going "WHY CAN'T WE HEAL THROUGH NECROTIC PLAGUE. INFEST NEVER GOES AWAY WTF".
