Yea, it has surely gotten plenty of mixed reviews. I can't really pass judgement on it yet, but it seems like it will be pretty sweet.
Uumm, I've brought it for ( Raycrisis ) $29.99 and returned it on the same day. For the love of all that's holy, rent this game first, or borrow it before you buy it. I hated this game. It's like they took all that was fun about RayStorm and took it out. I was VERY dissapointed...but then again, like you say, there have been some people I know who liked it. It ( in my eyes ) just doesn't live up to Galactic Attack or RayStorm.

Just a warning, approach this game with caution.
