Funny thing is they are all working this week and have no idea what we are recording.

I remember a story about one guy at one place I worked. I forget what he did for the company, but after they gave him internet, he did nothing. He spent 98% of the work week, looking at porn. yeah... he got let go.

All companies log that sort of stuff.

I wonder if I'm ever going to get in trouble for spending 1 or 2 hours a day googling historical information about the bible at my last internship.

I am in a similar situation. I have been offered an opportunity to be a partner in a bar/restaurant venture in downtown Savannah GA. Last week I drove down and checked out the building and I have to say it is gorgeous. The major investor actually owns the building and has been looking for a reason to move to Savannah and sell his business in MD. When he came in to eat he would always pick my brain about what I would do if I owned my own place and I never put it together until he made me a proposal. I NEVER expected anything like this to happen in this town, but it does give me some satisfaction that someone recognized how much I've been busting my ass for this place even though I'm not even in on the action. Still, there is much to be done and a lot of planning and hard work. This will be the final step in achieving my goal in this business. It still hasn't totally sunk in yet.
