Looks like I'm getting a big promotion at work.

Not counting it until I see it on my paycheck, but I'm in a really great mood and I wanted to share. After all the crap that's gone on there with restructuring and some extremely poor personnel moves, it feels really, really great.

Funny thing is they are all working this week and have no idea what we are recording.

Isn't it legal to record people without initially telling them? Maybe they signed a contract explicitly labeling these actions (I did where I work) and just forgot like dumb monkeys.

Every email sent out by a hospital states that records are protected to the point of prosecution.

Also, the only reason they keep this on file is for federal surveys.

Considering most people don't read their Contracts etc for their jobs (most normal people, smart people do) it's no surprise.
