Yeah, I think Ryan interrogated Su Chong after you arrived (remember, Su Chong worked for Fontaine first, then Ryan after Fontaine's "death") and thus learned about 'Project Would-You-Kindly'. Then Su Chong got kiIIed - shortly after which you found his body - though I don't think there was any indication Ryan was behind it.
