Online mode has been in pretty much half of the XBLA re-releases excluded in the past, and while the changes do affect the game pretty heavily for those that play a lot of it, I think it's crazy to not see it as a port/"retro XBLA" release. Whether it's awesome or not shouldn't be a factor.
Not that anything but Bioshock matters this month.
