And companies who fire people for even uttering the word "union" are any better?

This is to protect the intellectual property of the writers in the future and it's warranted. The group got screwed out of boxset sales because of their shortsightedness 20 years ago and they are not going to let the same thing happen again with digital downloads.

Writers are paid very little out in Hollywood. Although I'm being generous, the average salary for any writer may be $50k a year. One-fifth of that goes to the Union to protect their employees and provide benefits. Writers are unemployed all of the time when shows are canceled and such. They make money out of the sales of those shows they worked on in the past that help them stay afloat in a very expensive city.

Both sides are flexing too much and being dicks instead of fixing the issues, but they should not just let studios keep all of the residuals they earn from the selling of digital downloads through online dealers such as iTunes.

I'm biased and am a writer who got fucked over when one of my articles was sold to the AP and I didn't see shit in money so take it for what it's worth.

Not to bad of an episode, but I wanted better confrontation between Mat and his Dad over lame, I will walk out of this door what we got.

Also Hiro sword fight was dissapoiting. He trained for what? 3 hours with sword and can defeat the guy whos been doing it for a longer time? Plus all of his whining about friendship and stuff again.

Still not too bad.

As we reported Friday, Heroes is likely going to turn their December 3rd episode, the eleventh of the season, into the season finale. It was always intended as the end of the "Generations" arc, and a new ending has been written in order to turn it into a more solid conclusion for now.

I watched this episode, and besides a few things like knowing what Adam does I could see through every single plot point within meeting the character. That does not make me have high hopes for a show.

The only thing that was up for discussion really was:

Is the white samurai dude an absorber like Adam (Which would be really fucking lame, HEY LETS HAVE 3 PEOPLE WHO CAN ABSORB POWERZ) or is he just immortal and lived through the ages until he came to Hiro's time, which would be cool.
