Fuck the haters, I really liked this weeks episode. Nightmare man was pretty damn cool, future virus shit was also cool, and Kensei being Adam is also cool.

Though I'll enjoy most any TV with slight entertainment value (i.e. Chuck), so take my opinion about this episode with a grain of salt.

from the 1st couple of eps, kinda called kensei as being the killer, but now also have another theory to run along side that

we already know that the DNA runs in families. Suresh is the antidote while his sister was the disease. The hispanic girl has the black eye thing and her brother can calm her. Nikki and DL had powers, and now their boy does too. DLs family has powers (the girl who can mimic anything she sees). Nathan and Peter have powers (assuming their mom does too because she told parkman to get out of her mind). Claire + her mom the firestarter + nathan to expand on the petrellis bloodline. Parkman and his dad. etc...

we learned from last weeks episode that the same powers can get passed down the bloodline (from the Parkman story he is told that he can do the same thing as his dad, he just hasnt learned yet)

the theory is

that since the powers can be directly passed on, there is possiblity that specific powers may also skip a generation, just like genetric traits in real life so...

we havent seen the Petrelli's father yet.

both Claire and Adam have the same healing power, claire is Nathans Daughter, so is Adam the Petrelli's father and Claires Grandfather?

Wait, isn't that a contradiction? With the Petrelli father's death in the first season, yet Bob talks about how they had him "locked away" for a long period of time(in this season)...that doesn't seem possible that the Petrelli father could in fact, be "Adam".

Even if one was to consider that Nathan/Peter's "father" was being "portrayed" by someone else(who did die in the first season) and that Adam REALLY was their father, then there's no way in hell Nathan would recognize him in the photo(as he and Peter would have grown up knowing a completely different person as their own dad).

Sorry if this isn't making much sense, as I'm shooting off at the hip here. I'm fully expecting DNG to be correct on this one, seeing as how the Heroes guys don't really give a shit about continuity(just like a real comic!).

i dont remember the dad dying last season, too much has happened since then what part was that?


if Adam does turn out to be their dad, then it would make sense that he could not be around to raise the kids after a certain point. the mom would continue to grow older and it would look wierd if he was there since he doesnt age,. then they would have to make something up to explain his disappearance ie. death.

or he really could have been locked away because he became dangerous to the company

also, remember the company is full of mis-information trying to hide the truth so who really knows what happened or if we can trust Bob at this point
