Go Avs.
Every time it's meant something, they've beat him, which is evident in the fact that they've won the division and the playoff series every time since he's been in the league.
I'm still interested to see if he can actually show up for a whole season. I fully expect a pre-2006 Ranger fade in the second half as he wears down.

Hejduk scores with less than 3 seconds left in the second to give Colorado a lead they need to hold to make this night perfect.
Getslav (sp?) just absolutely raped Khabibulin with a beautiful backhand tonight.
Wow. It's real impressive that the Devils took him down in his rookie year in the playoffs where Jagr was injured in the first game and the Devils then got promptly sent packing the next round.
If that's all you've got, you don't have much.
I think the back-up playing tonight is evidence, however, that the Rangers are concerned about a second half wear-down. Last year, he didn't. But, maybe the Rangers are looking across the river and seeing what's happened to Brodeur.
I like how you think Jagr being injured had anything to do with it.
I may not have much, but you have nothing. The Rangers have accomplished nothing this millennium. They haven't even won the division a single time, and that wouldn't be much.
I'm sure the Rangers are scared that their little fragile Swedish pussy can't handle for two years what Brodeur has done for 14. I'm sure they'd hate to see him win a Vezina in his 13th season. Of course, it's obvious his mental make-up isn't on par with the greats, so their concerns may be justified.

Philly, Carolina and St Louis don't seem to be in "order". is this because of games played?
Yeah, he was definitely a non-factor, having scored 54 goals during the regular season and finishing second in the NHL in scoring are obviously unimportant.
Since Lundqvist has been in the league he's gone just as far in the playoffs as Brodeur has. And Brodeur winning the Vezina this year is as likely as a Flyer winning the Lady Byng trophy.
