Speaking of mixing chocolate with stuff. This used to be one of my absolute favorites until I overdid it. Now, I can't stand the stuff. But, it was good while it lasted:

And it was okay. Pretty much like normal chocolate but a little salty with chewy bits.
I imagine the ice cream would be pretty good.

There is a place up in Atlanta where they have a foi gras milkshake. They have all sorts of other lil interesting culinary delights and tapas along with dj's and electronic music shows.
I just read the other day that one of my teachers in school is on the 2008 culinary olympic team and he's also taking the master chef test in 2010.

That bacon ice cream is disgusting. I'd try it out of novelty, but no fucking way. Is it too much to ask for a little chocolate chip or almonds these days?
