Get Raiden III up on that list. It could be bought for $19.99 just weeks after release.
People need to be reminded to buy it if they're even half interested in vertical shoot'em-ups.

Yup, I just double checked, and you're right. I was sure it was $19.99 when it first hit, but nope. Anyhow, I've taken it off the list.

I wonder if any other 2D shmups will make the PS2 late-life cut. Part of me hopes they don't, as I've spent $70 on importing a few Cave shooters, and I'll hate myself if they can be had domestically for $15 bucks. I've picked up Taito Legends 2 off that list, and it's worth 3 times that price. Elevator Action Returns is the bestest game, ever.

Puzzle Quest PS2 is supposed to be $20. As far as I'm concerned it's all about XBLA, but not a bad alternative.

I wouldn't really mind. Some games are good enough to buy twice, especially if a small publisher like UFO or AKSYS is taking a risk on the domestic release, and even more so if the price is right.

$20 would be good. $30 would be the smart thing to do. But it's Sega, so it'll end up being $50 cause they'll hire stupid people like Eliza Dushku to butcher the dub. Worst part of the 1st game!

You really should add region information to this thread as well. I was depressed to learn that the AOF anthology was only relased in the US.
