Thread: The 2007~200x sub-$20 PS2 games list

  1. The Xbox version got Cadash... why the hell was that one of the "specific version only" games??
Honestly? I'd be willing to bet it's because they couldn't get it running at good speed in their PS2 version of MAME.

  2. Price Watch!!

Dai Senryaku 7 Exceed, King of Fighters XI, and FirePro Wrestling were $9.99 in the games end-cap near the registers at my local Best Buy. So, if you're looking for any of those three, check your local store.

Also, as of right now, Amazon still has FirePro for $7.99 new. Or, Jeremy in the FirePro thread mentioned that FP, Duel Masters, and another title from this thread, Taito Legends 2, are in a bundle at Wal-mart for $19.

Also also, Obscure 2 was added to the list a while back.

  3. I haven't even seen Dai Senryaku 7 in stores yet, but I should check.

  4. Obscure 2? As it is I have only seen Obscure 1 once. Was the first a popular/seller at all and it just flew under my radar?

  5. I doubt it was popular, but I think it was pretty cheap at the time, and between the PS2 and PC versions, I guess it made enough to get a sequel.

  6. I just found Rag-Doll Kung Fu for $5 at Gamestop. I'd always meant to give it a look, and you can't go too wrong for $5.

I've never heard of it, but the name alone is worth $5

Hopefully there are similarly great PS2 games on the horizon for 2008.
