  3. Here's another example of a show that should have ended, but they just keep making.

  4. WE CAN'T STOP MAKING $$$

    except when we can...

Burn Notice is frivolous, but profitable, fluff. It will...live on </Celine>

why should it have ended? he still doesn't know why he got screwed out of being a spy so there's still that major plot to finish, plus the show is awesome (despite the csi camerawork) unlike 90% of the rest of tv and should continue on for however long it needs to be

YellerDog - should watch seasons 1 and 2 just so you're all caught up on what's going on (especially since s3e1 started literally right where the second season finished)

  7. Much like 24 should have ended after the first season. It's retarded to imagine Jack Bauer saving the free world Yet Again.

Michael Weston can't do all this shit every week. They should have had much less "Yeah, I'll go sort out those thugs for you" episodes and gotten down to the meat of the story. Done after 2 seasons. I despise shows extending their welcome with pointless fluff. This is becoming a prime example. Not as bad as X Files yet, but we're well on our way.

Another excellent example of this is Arrested Development. I didn't understand all the people that wanted it to go back on the air. The fucking show's over. Let it die while it was still great.

Studio's aren't interested in art, they're just interested in milking the popularity of things.
    Boo, Hiss.

  8. stick to books then

edit: imo saying a tv show is "artistic" holds about the same weight as describing a game as "charming", which is to say none at all since tv is entertainment and really shouldn't be taken as anything else

Some book series don't end either.

There are no rules, only consequences.

  10. I can understand what you're saying Icarus and I usually agree, but it's still only been two seasons, when we're on season five and everything is exactly the same I'll probably be agreeing with you.
