Being Hispanic-blood, I blame the UBER Liberals for allowing this shit to happen. Fuck being PC - it breeds weakness and shelters people from the truth. In America - you speak English. There should never be a vote on what the primary language is (As was the case in Arizona a few years back when the state assembly actually had to vote on what the state's official language was).
Americans are just as ignorant when travelling to other countries when they expect those who reside in that country to know English. Pff... ignorance.
