I admit that, but that still doesn't make my statement any less viable... Have a nice day

I didn't say I hated Treasure for the record, I love Gunstar Heroes, Guardian Heroes and Sin & Punishment

  2. Oh come on now guys, Square and Treasure haw both released the same number of great games. It's just that Square made about 150 to get the 12 or so good ones.

Reguarding the whole Ikaruga thing, I'm pissed that it's just not comming. I don't care if they never announced it. They DID announce that it would not make a home release. Why the hell not?

The last few Treasure projects seems to have fallen flat on thier asses. I don't have much faith in Tiny Toons to provide a fresh and exciting game play expierence. Just adding some gimmicky game play element isn't innovative, IMO.

I am almost positive that Sega contracted Treasure to make McDonalds Treasureland.

I'd rather see them port Alien Soldier to GBA. With just a few tweaks to the control scheme, it could be the best action game on GBA. And since almost no one has played the Mega Drive version, it would be new.

  3. Treasure has made something like 15 games. Of those games 2 sucked (Silpheed 2 and Light Crusader) and 2 more were mediocre (Stretch Panic and McDonalds). The rest I feel are all true classics worthy of their extensive praise. I've been underwhelmed by Treasure games at first too (Dynamite Headdy seems slow at first... oh the irony!) but after playing through them my faith has always been restored. Treasure has their fanbase bacause they earned... without the benefit of millions of dollars in hype. In fact I don't think Treasure's ever had a hit, and yet they're widely known as one of the best action game developers out there. I think they deserve all the praise they get.

  4. Is Invader Zim still on TV? Brilliant show.

Bingo. After all, Sega's hasn't announced anything for Planet Harriers, but that doesn't stop me from complaining about its lack of a home port at every available opportunity, does it? Kinda like my slipping that in right now.

JefmcC: Quick note, it's spelled "Rapist".
