Yeah, I'm sure everybody in the NBA would pick Lebron over Kobe, even LA. In fact you put Lebron on that team and put Kobe in Cleveland and the delta would be scary.
LeBron plays in the East and finished as the 4th seed. Auto-fail.

I doubt that; Have you noticed how good that defense is?
The Hornets held San Antonio, under 40 points(second half) in tonight's game. It wasn't some kind of fluke, as they did the same to the Mavericks in that series.

Why do you say that? Gasol couldn't beat anybody with Mike Miller & Rudy Gay, what makes you think he could do it with Lamar Odom & Ronny Turiaf?
It also didn't help Paul's case that Kobe beat him when they went head to head.
And I wish I could find it now, but somebody did a really good article breaking down how Kobe statistically made his teammates better than Lebron does (FG%s went up when Kobe was on the floor, while a lot of Lebron's teammates' dropped) and held opponents to lower FG %s.
I don't like Kobe but I think he does have the strongest case for MVP this year, though if they gave it to Paul I would have been happy. Lebron doesn't deserve it for taking half the season off and his team's mediocre record in the East.
