They've expanded a bit. They actually have four games in the pipe right now (three of which use their proprietary Quantum 3 engine). The others are Gladiator AD (looks alright, but I have some doubts) and Astro Boy (James said it's good, but I didn't see it).
They're mostly self-funding their games independently now (Astro Boy aside), so they can actually work at them at their own pace to their own satisfaction, which is why they seem to have a lot more work going into them than a lot of the shovelware on Wii. It's also why The Grinder and Gladiator AD don't have publishers right now. The Conduit was the start of them really rethinking how they do business, and it's great to see.
Last year I met with them at E3, and they just had a portable TV and a Wii and we sat in the hallway and played the game. They had no publisher and not many people had heard of their game yet. It's cool to see how things have changed for them.
