I don't think I'm ever going to play Bioshock again.
That's my own problem too - it was great to play but feels like a second time through would lose a lot of its wow. In comparison, Call of Duty 4 feels like a game that would not get old in retreading. Both try to put you in the middle of an experience but CoD 4 has some solid gameplay chops and is fast paced enough from event to even to never feel old. Call it a matter of my own gaming preference - I've always dug quick, rapid-fire challenges that keep the pace going than a game that's heavy on open-endedness, immersion, etc.

My GOTY so far:
Wii: SMG
360/PS3: COD4/Rock Band/NHL 08/Bioshock
Have not played ME, Uncharted yet....
The Wii, 360, and PS3 only had one great exclusive each all damn year, so Mario Galaxy, Mass Effect, and Uncharted win those without any competition.
The PC is a mess though. With Crysis exclusive and the best versions of Orange Box, BioShock, CoD4, and essentially everything else, it's a tough call.
I hear this quite often. This is a game that blows its load after 1-2 play throughs. It's a fantastic rental, and if they gave out ROTY, it would be right up there. Games that rely on atmosphere, immersion, and story tend to blow their loads like this. The gameplay just isn't there to make you want to replay it, and you've already experience what there is to experience. I don't knock those who do, but this is why I don't shell out $60 for interactive stories (without the supporting gameplay) and stick to movies and books for that.
With that said, SMG is my GOTY at this moment, with all its technical shortcomings. The bottom line is that it makes me want to keep playing it.
I could not possibly care less about replay value, unless there is completely new content available. There are way too many games out there to sacrifice some to play the same game twice, unless it's a lot later.
I think the last game I played through multiple times was the original Resident Evil, and that was because I swear I've had it on like 8 platforms. Obviously I used to do it all the time in the 8 and 16-bit eras, because games were shorter, and I had less money to piss away on new games.
