Well, the Sony viral marketers kind of suck. Seriously, they're so bad at what they do they might as well have ViralMaketer43 for a username. On the plus side, they get banned in about 2 seconds flat, so they aren't totally without comedy value.

i dont think hes a sony viral marketer, i havent hired any new ones, the signature makes me think such things.

UT3 mods are out of control awesome, i still need to get it, but first a new HDD for the mods

I had UT3 for about three days, probably didn't give it enough of a chance. How easy is it to set up that stuff on the ps3?

I just got UT3 on Steam + every other Unreal game ever, for cheaper than PS3 UT3, with a better framerate, much higher resolution and more (and easier to install) mods.

it used to be that you threw them on a memory stick or USB and it would load them to the HDD within game. Now i believe the process is easier, and youc an download and install right off the PS3 web browser.

I haven't been following the situation very closely, but I'd love to see a link showing that you can install a PS3 UT3 mod directly from the in-console browser, with no memory sticks.

edit: Seems like it's still not possible.

Do you have to load them from the card every time? If not then I'm going to grab my brother's PS3 over the weekend and load it up with the Halo/GoW skins.
