I've been through 3 systems(Launch, RROD Replacement, and New Hotness) and 3 hard drives(Original, 120g and then my new system 250). If I pull the plug I can still play every single game I have, and my rock band songs.

Perhaps it's the games you have downloaded.

I can't play Discs of Tron, Super-C, REZ HD or Pac-man CE without being logged into LIVED. I can play Pac-Man CE DX without being logged in though. If there is a patch, MS hasn't made it obvious or easily obtained.

Every single game I own either if I bought it from my japanese account or my us account works fine on any profile I have without being connected to the internet.

I experimented with it a couple of months ago to find out what does and doesn't work while being logged out of LIVE, because I'd read there were patches for those older games. I've yet to see those patches.

Perhaps it's the license transfer. Did you move a hard drive from one 360 to another with those games already installed?

Pull the network cord out of your 360 and check out how many of your downloaded games will work.....yeah.

You probably changed systems and never updated your license for the new system online. Anything you bought on your current console should work fine offline. Anything with the old license on a new console (or any other console in the world as long as you have your account with you) will work anyway by checking your account online because Live is fucking awesome that way. Try doing that shit on a Wii.

Those games are on the original 360 Elite I've had since late 2007. I have my profile
on a thumb-drive, so I can play on the 360 sitting in my office. Yeah, when my 1st 360 crapped out, I transferred my license over to the replacement console.

After transferring your license over, you still have to re-download the games on the new system in order to access them offline. Did you do that?

See, now this is why I'd rather pay the extra $1 in taxes for a game on PSN, over LIVE. Why should I have to download a title that I've already got on my Hard-Drive? Especially something that's no longer available on LIVE, like Discs of Tron. I'll have to search through all kinds of crap (I don't want to hear some geek fag spazzing out about this) to find where I can download that file. It shouldn't be that fucked up.

You know you can do it from your browser on your PC, right? Just go to www.xbox.com. Also, I can still buy Discs of Tron from there and I never owned it, so I don't believe your claim that it's unavailable.

You should be able to get Disc of Tron through your download history. It's all there. Do it from your PC, it's the easiest way to do it.
