I watched the new remade Rambo and it was fucking awesome. It was gory as hell and Rambo was kicking so much ass. He punched a dude's head clean off, tore up people with his bow, gutted a dude then kicked him off a hill and DESTROYED like 100 other guys with a 50 cal machine gun. I think the only way I could have enjoyed this movie more is if I had a ball sack. I also watched all three seasons of Arrested Development. What a funny show, I can't believe it got canceled.
I caught Rambo a few weeks ago. It was totally grawesome stupidageous. I was trying to explain it to someone, and nearly every sentence ended in, "and then Rambo killed everyone."

I'm halfway through season 3 of The Wire and I'm much happier with this season than I was with season 2. No more stupid subplot involving white people we barely see except for when Ziggy wanted to act the fool or they wanted to drink (all the damn day).
Omar is back as a central figure and it provides a better look as to how he feels about his squad and how hard it is to survive robbing drug dealers. Add to that we finally get a more human look at the lesbian along with Lt. Daniels. McNultey shows just how much of a backstabbing asshole he is even though we knew this from the beginning of season 2.
What I'm very glad to see are two things: Bubbles has more of a personal POV in this season and the return of Avon Barksdale. Bubbles has always been an interesting character in the show that was widely explored in season 1 but left to do his own thing in season 2. He's more of a key figure in season 3 and I'm glad about that.
Avon Barksdale is a great antagonist. He and Stringer Bell are very interesting characters even if they contrast one another. You can feel the tension between the two as they fight to inplement their individual styles to the drug game. Even though Stringer is smart as fuck and has helped keep the Barksdale empire going strong through legit means in season 3, Avon wants it to be the same old gangster bullshit and Stringer is worried about where that may lead.
Seroiusy, this is a great show.
