So I saw the play Speed the Plow with Jeff Goldblum and Kevin Spacey on Tuesday (amazing, btw) and was like hmmm, GOLDBLUM MOVIE TIME.

So me and my roommate just watched The Fly.

Movie of the goddamn century.

American Psycho - Why has no one told me of this movie in the past 8 years? It is now one of my top 3. Christian Bale was amazing.

Magnolia - Fuck this movie, and fuck it for being so long. Tom Cruise did a nice job though.

Dark City - Decent, very fast paced. I didn't care for any of the characters (not that you really could considering the story).

HellBoy - Horrible. I read a few of the graphic novels and they butchered the characters here.

WTF. They did change bits of Rasputin and Kronen, but it was nowhere fucking horrible. Del Toro did great job, and aside for the FBI guy added, the team worked great.

Well, here's what I got out of it, and I may very well be missing the point:

A lot of gratuitous and seemingly glorified violence against women. Horrible, non-sensical ending.

I 100% agree with Razor on that one. There Will Be Blood was amazing.
