From a consumer stand-point it sucked that we spent over thirty bucks for a year subscription to a magazine, have only a single issue delivered to my door, receive no notification that the magazine had been canceled and then told, basically, to screw off when I asked for a partial refund of the subscription cost (I think the response was, "We don't have any money! ECM has lost everything on this! Feel guilty! GUILTY!" whining, annoying BS).
