watching that at 6am at Magfest 1 and having the room pop when Lucas Barton showed up was one of the better experiences. Also, Korly had a Magfest Moustache.

The best theater is Starplex. All the seats are plush electronic leather recliners that go all the way back. Nobody knows about it yet. Movies play to empty rooms. It's incredible.

Having just rewatched the first movie, fuck seeing the second one now. There's about an hour of interesting stuff in the first one for the three hours it lasts. Either a scene is pointless, or it's about six times as long as it should be. Gah, fucking MGM screwing the schedule so Del Toro had to leave. He's not the best director, but I doubt he would have put up with this bloated mess.
