There's about an hour's worth of actual content in the first Hobbit movie.

Re-editing movies is really fun btw. I up together a version of 300 that I like a lot more. Same with the Mist. I did one where I put Pulp Fiction in chronological order (it sucks that way) too, and my edit of the Iron Giant will fuck your hopes and dreams in the ass.

Editing is fun, I've dicked around with making videos for school and such and enjoyed it. But this guy is out there. Check out his Hoth comparison video a few posts down, it's pretty legit in terms of detail.

He's also going to be making his own fanfiction version of the prequels out of the existing footage.

Yeah this is some bloated trash. I sat through the first one and it was enough forever.

All three are awful. The first movie was spent waiting for Riddles in the Dark, the second for Inside Information. I'm guessing that they've rewritten how the battle plays out so that Smaug can take part, so we won't see Fire and Water right away (if at all, the second movie was so awful I forgot whether Bard is in it), and they probably won't kill Thorin, so I guess this third one will be spent waiting for A Thief in the Night? Meh.
