I saw this and it's true. The only reason speed limits exist is because municipalities and big brother need ticket revenue. Speed limits have nothing to do with safety. Everyday I observe traffic and even though there are 55mph signs on the highway, if you're not doing at least 70 you're the asshole causing a back up. When you have a shit load of volume, you increase speed. Slow speeds only exacerbate the traffic problem.

For example, when I go out on the track, I let the faster cars pass me. The same rule applies while on the road. I don't have a problem with slow drivers so long as they stay out of passing lanes. But alas, such drivers are either too arrogant or too ignorant to get out of the lane, thus ruining everyone's commute.

At the end of the day, it's all bullshit. If the government was soooo concerned about driver safety, they would improve driver education and enforce left lane/passing laws. I've said it before and I'll say it again: traffic is caused by bad drivers driving bad, not just the number of cars on the road. Improve the driver, you improve traffic flow.

It's a dumb video but the people who made it, did so to stir the pot. Somebody on the radio today was being interviewed over there and said that the embassy stormings were a terrible thing... but also that video was intentionally made to cross a line that Muslims have regarding Muhammed. They have the right to do it here in the US, but the video wasn't made for domestic consumption.
