Thread: Today's Random News

  1. That story looked fishy, and it was from an Australian site, and we all know how Australia is with lying and what not.

Basically she's popular on a chubby chaser website, and the whole 1000 pound thing is something she writes as a fantasy to her fans.

Hmm on second thought I'm not sure the real story is any better.

It looks like a site that would be on the top of Aurora's bookmark list: http://www.supersizedbombshells.com/main.html

  2. Employers looks to motivate workers by taking cues from video games

    Gah.

  3. Good job filing that paperwork! You leveled up!

  4. These TPS reports are full of win! I will never work in an environment where I have to deal with that kind of language!

  5. Huh?

So, apparently Danny Glover was in my neck of the woods today and got arrested. That's pretty random, I think.

  8. Some stupid Muslim Cleric may have just convinced the female half of humanity to prove him wrong...meaning he may not be so stupid after all...the sly dog.

  9. This Doesn't Surprise Me.

It's been well documented that I hate bad drivers. Well, GMAC Insurance released the test results of their National Driver's Test and guess what? This country if full of dumb drivers. The national average test score dropped from last year to 76.6% (I scored 90% and haven't taken a written test in 15 years). If you want to take the test, go here. Factor in this stupidity with the millions of drivers who don't know how to actually drive their vehicles, and it's easy to understand why we have so much congestion.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, our traffic problems begin with the driver. Until we fix the driver, no amount of public transportation or highway expansion will solve our traffic problems.

When analyzed regionally, the results reveal that drivers in the Northeast may not be as road-rule savvy as their Midwestern counterparts. The Northeast had the lowest average test scores (74.9 percent) and had the highest failure rate (25.1 percent).

Males also out-performed females overall in terms of average score (78.1 percent male versus 74.4 percent female) and failure rates (24 percent female versus 18.1 percent male).
LOL. This does not surprise me one bit.

  10. I got a 90%. Apparently I don't know what to do when the light turns yellow, either.
