why are trashy black women so loud?
Cuban, actually. C'mon, man. You should know this.
Thank you.
Fuck that. It's called being considerate when in public. What someone does in the privacy of their own home on their own time is their business. I don't give a shit. It's a free country. But when people are in public, certain behavior is expected (i.e., not being the inconsiderate douchebag who thinks rules don't apply to them). Those who REFUSE to follow very simple rules AND get hostile when they're being called out on it can get FUCKED. By not punishing that behavior (in some form), it only exacerbates the problem and practically condones the douchebag behavior.

Wearing skinny jeans in public will be the next law! Also, chewing gum! And farting! Riding mopeds! Liking cats! It's all just absurd. Some things are annoying. We shouldn't have to make a federal case out of this dumb shit unless she was actively hostile towards other people to the point of verbal assault. Kicking her off the train is fine because she should have sat in a regular car. But charging her for simply talking is idiotic and over the line.
It goes completely against the point of liberty. I support your right to free speech but not the tone in which you say it!

Don't be so melodramatic. She got hostile + yapping for 16 hours in the quiet car of a train = disturbing the peace and is subject to some form of punishment (likely a decent fine). It's not like the bitch is being locked up for life. She's being taught a lesson: Don't be an inconsiderate bitch.
You may want to live in an Idiocratic world where dumb, inconsiderate people rule, but I don't and I'm pretty sure I'm not in the minority.

No... you are. Depressing, huh?
I would think the mass amount thin skinned pussies flapping in the wind is driving you towards a state of Idiocracy more than anything! Like I said; her punishment is being ejected from the train. She'll think twice about talking on her cell in the wrong car if she wants to get to her destination hassle-free next time. Lesson learned. That is fair and enough. Driving it further is too much.
