Different situations entirely. I'm not arguing anything except there should be no formal charges for this because the situation was simply loud talking. My scenario is just as likely as yours with how everyone dealt with it. The cops ejected her from the train as punishment. That's acceptable. Someone simply talking aloud shouldn't be anything more. If she started verbally abusing people or physically gave the police a hard time then that's a different situation. But according to the video and report she sassed the staff a little and was just thrown off the train. That's the way it should be.

I know. The situation was resolved properly and she was charged for sassing police and verbally assaulting people. So it wasn't for talking. (this is all just a moot point now)

The initial response was that it was good she was charged because she was speaking on her phone rudely. Just thought I'd point out how stupid that is.

If you paid to ride a train and the rules of the train said that no one could talk on a quiet car and you went there and for sixteen straight hours some bitch wouldn't shit up even when you, everyone else on the train car and the people running the train tried to stop her, you wouldn't want the police to get involved? How much of her liberty breaking rules and imposing on your liberty are you willing to allow? You punch of pussies. Of course the police had to get involved, she wouldn't listen to the train staff. What were they going to do? Tell her for the 17th hour and in a row and have her continue to be belligerent and entitled? You don't get to shit on other people all the time, and no there is nothing in our laws that allow you to. You can't even play loud music past a certain time at night, which is fair, this world isn't all about you.
