And Yun nothing? Why? Yun was SHIT in CvS2. Why can't they make him strong in this one? I just think that since SF4 is more defense based it's easy for an overly aggressive character to win.
That's because it's nice that Fei should get something.

I wish I was playing this game more, but my apartment's internet connection is the worst possible. Phone tethering = also not good for fighting games. Back on this thing once I move.

Who people choose is of no concern to you. Let them freely pick top tiers and move on. I can't force you to choose the better characters, either, but I won't run around the internets crying about it. Capcom made SSF4 as balanced as it possibly could be and it was the most boring SF to date.
And Fei Long was in what, Alpha 3 Upper? Even older? Why should we give a fuck what he gets now?
Because I see this argument on a daily basis. But no one has been able to give me a viable reason why one character should be stronger and another weaker. I can guarantee you if UMvC3 has an overpowered Arthur there will be crying to nerf him and then they will say, "well, Hsien-Ko should have those buffs!" Fine, they submit and do it. Those same people will then go, "Whoa! She's so good! Maybe, too good? Nerf her!" It's an endless cycle of rebalancing that does nothing but postpone the development deep play.
This attitude, by the way, is spreading throughout the new players in the community. It's a detriment. They no longer want to be competitive they just rather either have constant rebalancing or everyone being the exact same.
That's such a dumb response I want to punch you in the face.
