Can you cancel the Saving charge to have it actually be a parry?
or are you stuck in that long ass animation?
The speed seems slow. Hopefully it gets sped up a bit. The super fmv needs to be cut by like 2 seconds.
And they need Makato in there. Other than that its looking playable.

Do you mean doing that stance they do, but not the attack that comes right afterwards? I'll have to say no. As far as I've read, you can cancel it with a dash or backdash, but you can't cancel it in a way so that it'll simulate what I think you want (you just doing the stance to parry with no dash or attack followup).

You're stuck with the animation. Though the saving attacks do have 3 different levels you can do (by holding the MP and MK buttons for a longer time), with each level having a different windup time.

But it won't be Ultra enough if the cutscene isn't long.

So ill have to dash cancel or attack. But i could say, Save,attack gets "parried", cancel into back dash. Basically keeping a defensive position, without having to dash into an attack or leave yourself open for something else?
Also, with the canceling...i remember seeing Ken's shoryuken canceled after the first hit. Does that mean any special can be canceled or just certain ones like Garou?Being able to cancel the animation of a sonic boom or fireball would really open the game up to some serious corner trapping and abuse.
