Destin, what's the best way to defend against Vega. I hate fighting that guy because I have no idea WTF I am doing against him. So few people used him in regular SF4 so it wasn't a problem but more are now.

I like doing df+RH on wakeup because they usually yahoo immunity it and then I can just walk up throw. Aside from that, if they take to the air a lot alternate jumping backwards fierce fierce, straight up RH and backwards medium to keep them from air throwing you. I THINK, have not fully tested, but it looks like regular bird kick beats every dive if it's out when they're coming down. Looks funny as shit, too, since the move is otherwise worthless.
Ground game: Don't footsie with Vega, jab jab strong will beat all your fag games. Save your EX for punishment and the occasional bird kick to beat his pressure.
He basically goes nuts since you have no DP and you have to play really safe and deliberately to win.
