It combos in like the Metsu Hadouken but I think it suffers a damage scale like a motherfucker like every other game it combo'd into.

I really wanted to play last night but I wans't the only one watching HEAT so I couldn't just turn it off
I'm pretty sure Mp srk off a jump into ultra 2 does't work, and really I don't know why you would because if Mp Srk hits then ultra 2 would have too. Jump ins are seriously the ONLY way I've ever seen that ultra hit.
EX hurricane->FADC xx Shin Shoryuken. In corner, of course.
Not a very good setup, really.
Can't really talk though, my best setups are backfist > ultra or point-blank tiger-knee CS > ultra. Or focus crumple > whiff, which is my favorite lately....
Aside from Capcom vs SNK where you can c. roundhouse into a pretty much unscaled Shin Shoryuken (but this was a once in a blue thing since the Capcom bar was hard as FUCK to fill to level 3) and one very specific combo in Alpha 3, it's always been used as a deterrent for jumpers or a wake-up move.
I'm tired of be a C+ so I've been doing ranked matches and I instantly remembered why I fucking hate playing randoms. Out of my five matches two were so fucking laggy they were a total wash. I even rage quit the last one, fuck losing because you don't know how to work your router. I haven't given up but it's so frustrating to have every match be a crap shoot and lose because of problems that aren't yours. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I hear that picking the green ones helps!
They always start out green and then take a shit somewhere during the match.
