The issue is that PS+ gives you tons of value each month and Games with Gold only gives you like $25 worth of value each month (maybe) and for the most part offers games that have been not only available but available EXTREMELY CHEAPLY for like 5 or 6 years.
Perfect example is Soul Sacrifice on the Vita. It retails for $39 and hasn't been out 6 months.
