Holy shit, an orginization operates under a pre-defined set of parameters. Incredible find.
How silly of them to post the magic bullet to take them down on their own website! THE FOOLS!

Are you really going to bitch about the fact that used the word "maybe" when acknowledging that in a transparent attempt to avoid addressing my actual point?
It's true, the ACLU isn't a second amendment advocacy group (nor do they push in the opposite direction either, they stay out of it), but there are plenty of groups out there for that cause. But what they do defend they do so in a wholly non-partisan manner, and if you truly believe in those rights, you should support them and any other group fighting for them. When it comes to fighting for privacy and speech rights the ACLU is doing some of the best work out there.
I don't want to hear this bullshit about how you support civil liberties, but only when it comes to voting for Libertarian candidates. You don't. You like them, you want them, but you don't support them.

It's the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The ACLU does not defend all civil rights and liberties as defined in our Constitution. They have an agenda, and they cherry-pick in order to achieve it, while taking on the occasional "defend the crazy Klansman" case for the sake of image control.
You asked for an example of bias, and there it is. I have presented you with black-and-white proof, straight from the source, and you're falling back on your tiresome "Oh yeah? Well... You're disingenuous!" bullshit. All the chest-pounding indignation in the world won't change the facts, sweetheart.

If you supported another similar group that you felt was more consistent in that regard, then that's fine too. Nothing wrong with one stop shopping. But in the absence of that, I see nothing wrong with multiple groups for different causes.
They take on cases based on their constitutional merit. Don't give me that "image control" bullshit.taking on the occasional "defend the crazy Klansman" case for the sake of image control.
Dude, that's like saying the grocery store is biased against drivers because they don't sell cars. They're a group dedicated to defending many of our liberties and they do it fairly for everyone. You asked for an example of bias, and there it is.
You're not doing shit. You're wishing for rights and not supporting those that fight for them except with a longshot ballot on an impossible to win poll.
